Supplier Sales Report

The Supplier Sales Report has been enhanced to make it easier to export information for submission of STA Rebates.

the "Date of" Invoice filter has been added to find invoices that have an Invoice Date of (E, W, A or C) that falls between a specified range.

Additional columns have been added to the grid that can be toggled to appear in the report or not.

Miscellaneous options have been added to:

1. Only allow the Invoice column to return the invoice number
2. Hide the first line in the grid for the Supplier information header
3. The ability to ensure that the part number and description field are always filled.

P400 Pinpad for Global Payments

Support has been added for the Verifone P400 Pinpad using Global Payments Canada.

NETePay Hosted is also supported.

Windward Connector for WooCommerce

The Windward Connector for WooCommerce has been enhanced to allow for empty web comments. If the web comment is populated it will overwrite the WooCommerce description with the System 5 web comment. Now when the System 5 web comment is empty the WooCommerce description will not update during sync.

This is useful for WooCommerce sites that are already built out and Windward datasets that did not have Web Comments populated.

MultiCat

The Multi-cat Solution has been rewritten and placed in A System Five Report, removing the need for XML Export and XSL transformations. This should drastically reduce the amount of time it takes customers to run the report, and mitigate the issues with memory consumption during XSL transformation with XML6.

The Multi-cat report is useful for quick reporting of category sales. This report is often used for MSA reporting and for rebate-related use cases.

Sales Analysis Report

A new checkbox “Run Report for Current (book) month” has been added.

This option can be saved into the report settings and when turned on will auto-update the Date Range Filters to be Current Month.

Now it's easier than ever to Update to 6.2.4.x 

Windward has recently added a self-service updater for customers.  You can receive a link with instructions from your account manager.
